By downloading, installing or using Deep End, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Deep End is a conversation card app. You pick a deck and read question cards aloud with the people you are with. Each session goes deeper card by card, and the final level, the Deep End, is for people who trust each other.
Deep End is for adults aged 18 and over. Some decks, including After Dark, Late Night and Two of Us, contain frank questions about relationships, sex and other personal topics. Only play these decks with adults who have chosen to take part.
Free deck: One deck is free to play from the first level to the tenth.
One-time purchases: Every other deck can be bought on its own for a single payment (€1.99, including its Deep End), or all decks together for a single payment (€7.99). "All decks" includes decks we add in the future. Buying any deck also unlocks the Deep End of the free deck.
There are no subscriptions and nothing renews. Prices are shown in euros; actual prices vary by country and include local taxes and currency conversion by Google Play.
Restoring and refunds: Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored from Settings on any device signed in with it. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.

Deep End, including its questions, decks, artwork and design, is owned by AppBear and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Deep End is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or the conversations it prompts.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or harms other users, us or third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
