1. Description of Service

Ainoa is a focus and productivity application that helps you:

• Block distracting apps on your Android device
• Set usage limits, launch count limits, time-based and location-based schedules for apps
• Track your screen time and focus progress
• Build healthy digital habits

2. Account and Subscription

Free Tier: Ainoa offers a free tier with limited features (2 blocked apps, 2 blocked URLs).

Premium Subscription: Additional features are available through a paid subscription:

• Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
• Yearly subscription: $9.99/year

Prices shown are in USD. Actual prices may vary by country and are subject to local taxes and currency conversion by Google Play.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Ainoa, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose of managing screen time
• Not attempt to circumvent the app's security or blocking features
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Permissions

Ainoa requires certain Android permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that:

• Usage Access: Allows the app to see which apps you use
• Display Over Other Apps: Allows the app to show block screens
• Accessibility Service: Allows the app to detect URLs in browsers and trigger blocking when a blocked app is opened
• Location (optional): Requested only if you choose to use location-based schedules. Used strictly to evaluate your current location against a schedule you configured. Location is never stored, uploaded, or shared.

These permissions are used solely for the app's core functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

Ainoa and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by AppBear and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ainoa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The app will meet your specific requirements
• The blocking features will be 100% effective in all circumstances

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or productivity
• Inability to access apps when needed
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppBear operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
